Hosted at Steinbrenner Field on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Hotel and Transportation are NOT included.

Each day will include 45 minutes of stretching and agility work and 15 minutes of a throwing program.

This is followed by infield and outfield stations, and batting practice both in the cages and on field B/P. Campers can also throw short bullpen sessions. Rookies can get some valuable tips on playing in the fantasy camps from veteran campers and staff coaches.

Pre-camp emphasizes getting the kinks out, ensuring maximum flexibility as possible, working to work out the soreness before camp rather than during, and refining those baseball skills that may need work before camp.

Refund Information

1. Registration requires a non-refundable deposit.
November camp requires a $1,000 non-refundable deposit and a $15 convenience fee.

2. Cancellations
Those who cancel before midnight ET on September 9, 2024, will receive a full refund MINUS the $1,000 non-refundable deposit and the $15 convenience fee/tax.

Those who cancel from midnight ET on September 9, 2024, 11:59 PM ET through November 1, 2024, will receive a full refund MINUS the $1,000 non-refundable deposit, the $15.00 convenience fee/tax, and an additional $1,000.00 penalty. Those who cancel after midnight ET on November 1, 2024, will receive NO refund
