Air travel to and from Tampa, Florida, and car rentals are not included. Refund Information

1. Registration requires a non-refundable deposit.
The Family Clinic requires a $1015 non-refundable deposit.

2. Cancellations

Those who cancel before midnight ET on September 6, 2024, will receive a full refund MINUS the $1,000 non-refundable deposit and the $15 convenience fee/tax.

Those who cancel from midnight ET on September 6, 2024, through 11:59 PM ET on October 30, 2024, will receive a full refund MINUS the $1,000 non-refundable deposit, the $15.00 convenience fee/tax, and an additional $1,000.00 penalty.

Those who cancel after midnight ET on October 30, 2024 will receive NO refund
